Explore seminars are 4-day events running from Tuesday evening to Friday evening. Because the scheduled program concludes after dinner on Friday evening, it works best for attendees to stay overnight and depart on Saturday morning.
June 2-5, 2015 *Registration deadline is May 1, 2015. Arrive Tuesday afternoon, June 2nd. Depart Saturday morning, June 6th.
September 29 - October 2, 2015 *Registration deadline is August 1, 2015. Arrive Tuesday afternoon, September 29th. Depart Saturday morning, October 3rd.
The cost for Explore includes housing from Tuesday night through Friday night, meals, registration, and materials.
Single – $140 Couple – $240
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please do not send payment until you have registered and received an invoice from the Personnel Department. Payment is by check or cash only.
Space is limited to 20 adults.
*Note that if you register for Explore and need to cancel at a later date, if you do not cancel by the time of the registration deadline for that Explore, you will be charged a fee that covers the cost of your housing.
Parents, please make arrangements for childcare prior to coming. Because the sessions require attendance both day and evening, your children may be more comfortable staying with family or friends. You may bring someone, like Grandma, to help watch your children, but there would be additional costs for room and board. Nursing infants are welcome.
